In her 40 years of sales experience since moving to New Orleans, Lucy has been very successful in different sectors of retail sales. She has become an expert in public relations and client representation. Her restaurant experience with the public made her become a specialist in restaurant sales, development, and leasing. Also Lucy specializes in retail center, multi-family, and hotel/motel development.

Over the last several years she closed many successful transactions in shopping centers, hotels, apartment buildings and restaurants totaling over ten million dollars in volume annually.

She currently specializes in EB5 investments, development and consulting work for international investors to generate economic development for the city of New Orleans.

Historically, Lucy is a true pioneer in all respects. She has taken leadership roles and has been very successful in the New Orleans commercial real estate market. After Hurricane Katrina, Lucy has sparked the interest of investors nationally and internationally to help rebuild the City of New Orleans. Since the 90s she has promoted the Pilot Immigrant Investor Program for New Orleans Central Business District drawing international clients to invest locally.

Lucy has been awarded numerous awards in commercial real estate since the early 90s. Since 2001 Lucy has received the CID Achievement Award annually. She was also the recipient of the RE/MAX Regional Award, RE/MAX 100% Award, NOMAR Gold Award. She has been honored in 2007 with the RE/MAX Platinum Award and International Hall of Fame Award. Lucy has also been awarded the prestigious RE/MAX Executive Club Award annually.

Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.


To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry
